• Applications for the 2026–2027 GCCS preschool program will open Monday, March 23rd at 9:00 AM

• The application will be available on the Greater Clark County Schools website.
• Click on the Parent tab.
• Select Preschool Application. (this is only an application and does not guarantee a spot for your child)

• Students must be 4 years old on or before August 1, 2026 to be eligible. If you are 5 by Aug. 1 you would enroll in kindergarten.
• Early intervention programs are available for qualifying students who are not yet 4 by August 1.
• The AM session at most locations is reserved for early intervention students.

• Half-Day Programs:
  • Pike, Riverside, Utica
• Full-Day Programs:
  • Franklin Square, New Washington, Northaven, Parkwood, Charlestown, Pike, Riverside, Utica
• Placement is determined by:
  • Date and time the application was submitted
  • Program availability
• If you apply to a school outside of your home school boundary, priority placement will be given to students who reside within that school’s attendance area. Link to boundaries: https://www.gccschools.com/home/boundaries/

• Full-Day:
  • $175 per week (Full Pay) o $100 per week (with approved Free/Reduced Lunch application)
• Half-Day:
  • $90 per week (Full Pay) o $50 per week (with approved Free/Reduced Lunch application)

• Families may apply for On My Way Pre-K assistance. Contact River Valley Resources for more information:

• Free/Reduce Lunch applications will be available after July 1st . Applications can be found on the website: www.gccschools.com

• There is no midday transportation.
• Students may ride the bus to school (AM and full-day classes).
• Students may ride the bus home from school (PM and full-day classes).
• Transportation is provided only to your home school.
