The Greater Clark Education Association and the New Albany Floyd County Education Association are teaming together, uniting for a greater cause.
State lawmakers are proposing increasing the funding for private school vouchers, raising the poverty income qualification guidelines to $145,000 a year for a family of four. That additional funding will come directly from public school funds.
